1. Object

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the use of the gaddigital website (hereinafter referred to as "the site") by any user (hereinafter referred to as "the User"). Access to the site constitutes a contract between GAD DIGITAL and the User, and must be preceded by acceptance of this T&C. Access to this platform signifies acceptance of this T&C.

2. Terms of use

The gaddigital website is published by GAD DIGITAL, a company registered in the Commercial Register under number CG-BZV-01-2023-B13-00559, whose head office is located at 64 bis, rue Loukouo, Ouenzé, Republic of Congo.

3. Personal data protection

In order to protect Users' personal data, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the collection, storage, implementation and retention of personal data. The information collected is used exclusively to provide the services requested by the User, to improve the quality of our services, to respond to requests from the User, to send the User commercial information about our products and services, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations regarding the protection of personal data. We will not share the User's personal data with third parties without the User's express permission, unless this is necessary to provide the requested services or to comply with a law or court order. The User has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete his/her personal data. 4. Site access

The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs incurred in accessing the services (hardware, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user. For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without notice or justification.

5. Intellectual property

The GAD DIGITAL logos, product trademarks and textual content of the gaddigital site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and by copyright. Reproduction and copying of content by the User requires prior authorization from the site. In this case, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is forbidden.

6. Duration of contract

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the services of the site marks the application of the contract with respect to the User.

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Congolese law. Should the parties fail to reach an amicable settlement, the matter will be referred to the competent Congolese courts.
